Baby Crocodile

When my husband Travis was a little baby, his family called him Baby Crocodile because he loved the water so much. If he wasn't eating or sleeping, he was in the water...swimming, surfing, fishing. One time, when Trav was only 3 or 4, his parents couldn't find him anywhere. After searching high and low, they found him playing in the bay behind his grandfather's house. They should have known...Baby Crocodile.

Like Father Like Son... :)

When Trav was three, his father tossed him off the dock into the water to "teach" him how to swim. Thankfully, we are teaching Xman with a bit more baby steps. :) He loves loves loves to splash around.

He also loves to kick around while Daddy holds him. He even put his face in the water a few times...mouth fully open. He quickly learned that we don't like to breathe water. Every time after that, he closed his mouth and held his breath. He's such a fast learner.

What an awesome afternoon at Nani and Papi's pool! Many more visits to come since we have our very own Baby Crocodile in the family.

Pure Love!
